We will thoroughly inspect the exterior area of your home, specifically to identify areas of needed repair and upkeep. Once we have completed your inspection, our Craftsman will review the results with you.

Powerwashed area, ready to enjoy your outdoor living space
Review of your current exterior property.
Locate and fix loose boards & screws
Locate and fix loose handrails
Locate and fix loose steps
Inspect fence and fix loose slats and tighten screws
Inspect the gate and make any needed repairs or adjustments.
Recommend any safety enhancements that may be available.
Clean-up after the job.

All jobs are unique and will vary. Costs and times are completely dependent on the condition of the homes current deck, patio and fence/gate, in addition to the square footage of each. *Your local office will assist you when booking your job to provide an accurate cost & time estimate.

Pricing can vary by locally owned and operation Franchise location, and is dependent on a number of factors that will be assessed during the phone consultation as well as on-site with the homeowner and Craftsman. Factors can include, but are not limited to:

Condition of current Deck/Patio.
Condition of any current Fence/Gate.
Access for Craftsman to the area for the inspection and any repairs.
