Estimated Time: All jobs are unique and will vary. Your local office will assist you when booking your job to provide an accurate time estimate.

Qualifications & Restrictions: Pricing can vary by locally owned and operated Franchise location and is dependent on a number of factors that will be assessed during the phone consultation as well as on-site with the homeowner and Craftsman. Factors can include, but are not limited to:

Condition of current Deck/Patio.
Condition of any current Fence/Gate.
Square footage
Access for Craftsman to the area for the inspection and any repairs.

No Contact Handyman Services
Upon arrival, the Craftsman will contact you via a phone call and ask for your guidance on work to be done on the exterior of your home. Upon review, we will provide the estimate range of completing the job and get your verbal approval.

Upon Job completion, the Craftsman will call you from his vehicle. You can then safely inspect the work while on the phone. Once verbally approved, payment will be completed via the phone, contact your local office for instructions, as this will vary by location.

Contact your local office for length of Warranty. Service Charge and materials may be additional charges. Not all Services may be available at all locations due to local licensing.
